The staff demonstrated really good hospitality, always attentive to every need. I appreciated the clean and well kept facilities. The gardens offered peaceful walks. The beachfront location provided easy access to water activities (jet ski was fun!).

The hotel has several dining options. I appreciated the on-site doctor. The spa includes a fully stocked gym WITH tennis and squash courts.

The sea water was HORRIBLE. I saw empty food packets. There were not ENOUGH sun loungers. The staff removed towels after 30 minutes without warning.

The team elevates the experience. I appreciated the attentive service from Dewa and Arini. Flowers and a cake for my birthday were a thoughtful surprise. Tamarind restaurant offers delicious lunches and dinners. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast at Wedang Jahe so much. The sports and fitness center is great. I found the gym area to be WELL-EQUIPPED.

I found a awesome breakfast here. The hotel provided birthday flowers and cake for my husband and chocolates for Mothers. I also noticed a lovely pool area and a spot right on the beach. The hotel even included a separate lap pool, sauna, and ice bath for adults.

The room needs just a little updating.
